﴾۳ ۙ﴿وَ مِنۡ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ
Say' "I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak
From the evil of that which He created
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
Narrated Abdullah ibn Khubayb: We went out one rainy and intensely dark night to look for the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم to lead us in prayer, and when we found him, he asked: Have you prayed?, but I did not say anything. So he said: Say, but I did not say anything. He again said: Say, but I did not say anything. He then said: Say. So I said: What am I to say? He said: Say: Say, He is Allah, One, and al-Mu'awwadhatan three times in the morning and evening; they will serve you for every purpose.
Aishah said: Every night when he prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم went to his bed, he joined his hands and breathed into them, reciting into them: ”Say: he is Allah, One” and say; I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn and Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men. Then he would wipe as much of his body as he could with his hands, beginning with his head, his face, and the front of his body, doing that three times.
Abu Sa'eed narrated:
If someone has been bewitched, read Surah al-Fiq a hundred times daily and drink it with water and this is the only thing to do for five days. will end
If there is pain anywhere in the body, put your hand on the place of pain and recite Surah Aflaq three times and blow it, God willing, any kind of pain will disappear.
If you are going to a person whose evil may harm you, then recite Surah Al-Falaq three times and then go to him, God willing, you will be safe from his evil.

The past of surah falaq

Narrated Aisha: During the Prophet's fatal illness, he used to recite the Mu'auwidhat (Surat Al-falaq and Surat Un- Nas) and then blow his breath over his body. When his illness was aggravated, I used to recite those two Suras and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings. (Ma`mar asked Az-Zuhri: How did the Prophet use to blow? Az-Zuhri said: that he used to blow on his hands and then passed them over his face.
